Which course should I choose?
If you need training for work or school, start with the exact course requirements supplied by your employer or program. BLS is intended for healthcare professionals, trained first responders, and healthcare students. ACLS and PALS address more advanced professional training needs. CPR, AED, First Aid, and family-focused classes serve other learning goals.
Do I need medical experience?
No medical background is needed for our general CPR and family-focused training. Advanced professional courses are intended for participants with the appropriate clinical background. Ask about preparation before choosing your class.
Do you teach infant and child CPR?
Yes. Expecting parents, new families, grandparents, babysitters, and caregivers can learn infant and child CPR and choking response.
Can my family or workplace learn together?
Ask about a group class for your family, workplace, or community organization. Share your group size, training goals, preferred dates, and proposed location so we can discuss options.
Will I receive a course completion card?
That depends on the course you choose and its successful-completion requirements. Before registering, confirm the exact course, card issuer, and whether it meets your employer or school’s needs. Family-focused skills classes and professional credential courses serve different purposes.
How much does a class cost, and how long does it take?
Ask for current pricing, class duration, materials, and any preparation requirements for your selected course. For group training, include the number of participants so we can discuss the appropriate arrangement.
What should I bring?
Follow the instructions provided for your selected class. Ask in advance about required materials, any pre-course work, and accommodations for hands-on practice.
